Heli Bike Coordinator

The Heli-Bike Coordinator is responsible for providing start-to-finish coordination of our heli-bike offerings to customers. This role is a combination of administration and helicopter ground crew and includes promoting the sale of our offerings, administering all pre-trip paperwork, logistics planning, and assisting various supervisors in day-to-day operations, along with providing safety briefings, loading the aircraft and passengers, and fuelling. This position is primarily based at our Rutherford staging. Full-time, $25p/h.

Customer Service Agent

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for connecting with our customers and providing excellent service while driving sales. You will be an expert on our offerings to connect customers with their ideal heli adventures at our Carleton Lodge office in Whistler Village. Full/Part-Time, $24 p/h.
